For over 20 years I've been practicing law in the state of California. After receiving my law degree from Humphreys College School of Law in 1995, I've spent over two decades helping clients throughout the Modesto area with a variety of estate planning issues, including probate and estate administration, trust administration and distribution, durable powers of attorney, and petitions for succession.
I also do pro bono work for the Senior Law Project in Modesto. I decided to focus on estate planning because I realized just how many people were in need of adequate legal counsel and guidance so that they could ensure their families could be taken care of when they're gone. My goal is to help set you and your family up for a bright future. I get it.
Planning for the future can be stressful, especially when it comes to making tough decisions about assets and financial matters. That's why I'm here to offer my legal advice and support at every turn. My goal is to make this process as simple and stress-free as possible.

About Me
Report
Working in the legal profession is one of the greatest joys of my life, as it's offered me the opportunity to provide legal counsel and support to people when they're going through extremely difficult times.
As an estate planning attorney, many of my clients come to me for help when they've lost a family member or loved one.
Having to juggle the responsibilities of an estate, trust distribution, or the probate process can be unbelievably stressful when you're also grieving the loss of someone you love.

Estate Planning
Report
When it comes to estate planning, I always try to remind my clients that no time is better than the present to begin making preparations for the future.
Whether that means setting up a will, a durable power of attorney, a medical directive, or establishing a trust, taking the time to make a plan for the future can not only help you protect your assets, but also help ensure that the needs of you and your family are taken care of.
If you don't have an estate plan that can dictate how your estate is settled when you pass, then your family could be forced to go through the process of probate, which means that the courts may end up deciding how your estate gets distributed.
