Each retainer is different based on the needs, court settings, complexity of the case, etc.
For estate planning cases, there is only a flat fee for estate planning services.

In the state of Texas, the divorce may not be made final until at least 60 days after the divorce petition has been filed with the Court.
However, a divorce is not automatically granted after 60 days.
Depending upon the complexity of the proceedings, the circumstances of each case, and court settings, proceedings may extend from 60 days to over two years in highly contested cases.
