A successor to The Law Office of Cafiero & Balliette, the firm was first established by its founder Anthony J. Cafiero in 1931.
He was the son of a Philadelphia barber and began his work career at the age of 10 when joining the family business.
Anthony worked as a barber and bellhop in downtown Philadelphia prior to moving to North Wildwood, New Jersey in 1921.
He opened his own real estate office and was appointed to serve as the City of North Wildwood Treasurer prior to putting himself through law school in Newark, New Jersey.

The law will charge violators a $250 fine for the first offense, $500 for the second offense and $1,000 for each subsequent offense, according to the legislation.

Andrea Balliette was educated at Eden Hall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rosemont College in 1959.
Thereafter, she continued her education at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and earned her Bachelor of Law Degree in 1962.
After her clerkship with Judge Cafiero, Andrea joined the firm in 1968.
Throughout her career Andrea Balliette has focused her practice in the areas of wills, estates, and eldercare and today her practice is limited solely to those areas.
