App. Kevin Nelson is an experienced attorney with a background in real estate law, criminal law, firearms law, traffic law, municipal/government law, animal law, and civil litigation. Kevin brings experience from both private and government practice.
Although Kevin understands that litigation may not always be the best answer, with experience in numerous criminal and civil trials, Kevin is well suited to represent his clients' interests both in and out of the courtroom. In addition to trial work, Kevin has experience representing clients in administrative hearings, mediation, arbitration, and in the court of appeals.

Following graduation from high school, Kevin attended Centralia Community College, where he received numerous academic awards including selection to the National Dean's List for Academic Achievement, Admittance to the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society for Academic Achievement, and inclusion on the Centralia College President's List in recognition of superior scholarship.
