Graduated from University of New Hampshire, School of Law, Concord, NH, in 2002 with a Juris Doctor degree.
Was a Deputy District Attorney in Del Norte and Amador Counties from 2003-2008.
As a Deputy District Attorney, he handled everything from traffic citation, bench trials, Jury trials, violent felonies and sex offenses to "3 Strike" life-in-prison cases.
In private practice, he has defended clients, through trial, in nearly all areas of criminal law, including: DUIs, violent felonies, "Strike" cases, sex offenses, juvenile delinquency, attempted murder and homicide cases.
