I have been in the practice of law since 1984, licensed in Colorado, New York and Massachusetts. Telluride, Colorado has been my home since 1990. I pride myself on representing clients with efficiency, integrity and honesty, producing a high-quality and professional result. My office is conveniently located above Alpine Bank in the center of the Town of Telluride.
My practice is general in scope, with specialties in Real Property, Easements, Licenses, Business, Homeowners Associations, Landlord Tenant, Liens, Foreclosures, and Banking. I represent both entities, and individuals. While the most common description of my practice is general, I have a mind for business and practical considerations. Should litigation of a dispute be required, I attack the dispute matter with diligence.
I always remain client goal oriented. I work with clients on the buying and selling of properties, real estate contracts and due diligence, title works, easements and encroachments, landlord-tenant relationships, rentals, leases, terminations and evictions, foreclosures (debtor and creditors), promissory notes, and deeds of trust.
