At the MilVet Law Firm, our team, stands ready to fight for our fellow veterans and service members. Throughout his time in the military, our founder, attorney Paul Jennings had the honor of serving with some of the most well qualified and dedicated service members that our great nation could produce. Unfortunately, Mr. Jennings also saw how the military at times could fail these soldiers in the most drastic of ways.

Soldiers with years of combat deployments suddenly faced separation, years shy of retirement, due to Qualitative Management Program Boards that found a single reprimand in their file. Other soldiers, suffering from PTSD and the stresses of combat, delayed seeking medical treatment due to fear of a Medical Evaluation Board, only to be reprimanded for misconduct directly related to their PTSD.

Stories like these are occasionally seen on the news, and most civilians think that they are a rarity, but every service member knows at least one battle buddy who faced a similar crisis.

Our fees for VA benefit appeals are controlled by 38 C.F.R. § 14.636.
Our fee is contingent upon a favorable outcome that results in the VA issuing a back payment for owed benefits.
Thus, if you do not receive an increase in VA benefits there is no payment for our services.
The contingency fee percentage for each client is based upon the individual circumstances of the case.
Our attorney will provide a free phone consultation to discuss the specifics of your VA claim and our final fee agreement will specify the contingency fee percentage assigned.
