Our firm's legal practice is concentrated in the areas of Elder Law, Trust & Estate, Probate, Real Estate, accident and injury claims, including Workers Compensation claims, and employment law/regulatory compliance.
In 2014, John Montgomery opened this law firm to address the core issue of every client he has ever represented. Knowing, understanding and complying with the ever-increasing multitude of laws, regulations and ordinances feels overwhelming to most people. Often, clients aren't aware of either their rights or responsibilities. Many people feel ignored by a legal system they don't understand and cannot afford.
The majority of Colorado's attorneys practice in nine counties on the Front Range, too far away to be seen or heard by residents in more remote areas of our state. Our mission is to bring creative and cost effective services to address those concerns, one client at a time.
