I have designed my practice to provide high-quality planning and transactions, and aggressive negotiation and litigation representation to a small case load of clients who desire the enhanced accessibility and attention of an independent attorney. I am a fourth generation Okanogan County resident, with over 40 years of continuous, private sector experience.

Member of bars of Washington State, U.S. District Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, United States Supreme Court. Silvan grew up in the Goldstream Valley outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. Following high school, he worked as a carpenter, first for his father's construction company and then for himself, building custom homes designed for the environment of Alaska.

He went on to earn his undergraduate from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. In 2020, Silvan graduated from the University of Washington School of Law. He joined the North Cascades Law Group in 2021, with a focus on real estate, small business, estate planning, civil litigation, and construction law.

We are committed to providing a full range of rural American legal services of the highest quality to our friends and neighbors in Okanogan and Ferry County, and a more focused and personal attention to our clients' legal needs.
Whether buying, selling, or leasing commercial or residential real property, it is important that you have a written agreement that is prepared with your best interests in mind.
Real estate title is especially complicated, and usually requires legal advice for any changes, by sale, gift, or litigation to clear conflicts or clouds on clear title.
