Wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, estate and trust administration. Civil litigation and commercial law, criminal defense and gun rights, family law, estate planning and administration. When you have a legal dispute, nothing is more frustrating than getting a boiler-plate response that does not identify or address your distinct needs.

How long will it take to evaluate and resolve your problem? When will you have the peace of mind that comes with finding an effective resolution? I have been helping people and business owners with a wide range of legal issues for over 25 years. While I have handled hundreds of cases and have unique insight, I review each legal conflict on an individual basis.

I will personally evaluate your matter. I will explain your options clearly, so you have the information you need to make informed decisions for yourself. I have a full spectrum of experience litigating cases and negotiating out-of-court settlements for a wide range of matters - from felonies to misdemeanors, traffic offenses to complicated business cases and family law disputes.
Services
I began my legal career in 1992 after receiving my J.D. degree from Regent University School of Law in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
After graduating, I spent a year as a federal law clerk at the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in Washington, D.C.
In 1993, I started litigating First Amendment religious liberty and free speech cases across the United States in federal and state courts with the National Legal Foundation.
In 1996, I started fighting for private property rights on behalf of farmers, ranchers and small landowners at Defenders of Property Rights.
