Hoping you get Robert aka R. kelly a fair "Speedy" trial he already is not being treated like an American. His constitutional rights have clearly been stomped all over reguardless if he did or didnt do what he is accused of he is STILL AN AMERICAN WITH RIGHTS. I am not condoning the actions alleged but he is innocent until proven guilty and hes being treated like hes already been found guilty.

I would be asking for a non biased judge and jury he the defendant has a right to know whats going on the cases should be dismissed as there is 0 chance for robert to have a fair jury and trial who is not impartial or biased. you should be fighting more publicly for him recruiting more help, FILING MORE MOTIONS against the prosecutors and the state they are breaking the law! you have RCWS TO BACK YOU. he is going to need all he can get for what he is facing.

His name has been tarnished, he has been publicly lynched nationally at this point he will never have the same status he once held. i say fight harder for him give a fair chance before he ends up in life in prison when in realty it probably wasnt what its made out to be. Double jeopardy will not matter if the new alleged video is of that child roshanda at the time him and lisa allen. this is all things you as his defense should be looking at and taking into consideration.
