When my son was hit by a car riding his bike last year, I wasn't sure what to do. He wasn't hurt badly, but a friend of ours suggested we speak to Mitch Chubb.

He wasn't sure what the process would look like being as my son had not sustained any immediate injuries, but knew that we would want him to have some extended time with a doctor to ensure there was no long term impact and thats where we started.

When you think about any sort of litigation, you think about how much time it would take, the amount in back and forth, but that was never my experience.
