Joe restricts his practice to personal injury cases, with a particular emphasis on severe injuries and wrongful death. He takes pleasure in assisting injured individuals and their families in obtaining fair and just compensation.

Joe has achieved considerable success since his initial trial, in which a Hennepin County jury awarded six times the amount offered by the insurance company. Subsequently, he has secured the largest verdict in Minnesota for a shoulder injury, totaling $325,000, and, in collaboration with Jim Schwebel, the largest award in Minnesota for an ankle injury, amounting to $461,000. He recently facilitated the largest motorcycle injury settlement in Minnesota, valued at $1.5 million.

Christy was promoted to partner at Bradshaw & Bryant as of June 2024. She has been a part of the firm since 2016 and has practiced personal injury law since 2011.

In addition to managing personal injury cases, Christy acts as an arbitrator for automobile no-fault cases with the American Arbitration Association. She is a member of the AAA No-Fault Standing Committee and assists in training new arbitrators.

She belongs to the Minnesota Association for Justice and the Stearns/Benton Bar Association, and is involved with Women Trial Lawyers. Christy has also given presentations on no-fault law at the annual conference.
