I called Matt to assist with getting my Dads legal affairs in order. My dad has just been hospitalized in Lakeland but I was in Alabama. Matt was incredibly helpful through the entire process. He explain options and talked through pro and cons of each. MTM law firm was engaged to settle my deceased brothers estate. The time to complete the estate settlement took much longer than expected due to the challenges of navigating the FL legal system as well as the frustrating,, slow, bureaucratic processes of the estate department of Wells Fargo bank.
However in spite of the above MTM law firm stayed the course and successfully completed the disposition of the estate assets. MTM law firm also saved me the cost and time of a CA to FL. trip by securing and shipping contents of a safe deposit box at no additional charge. The amount of time and effort put forth by MTM far exceeded their fee for services. Would I use them again? Absolutely!

I am an AF Military member having recently returned from a deployment who was met with a letter from the IRS being charged $9k & significant home damage (on a new build).
Carlos and team have been such a guiding light in the middle of chaos. I have never had issues with my Taxs and never dealt with needing to pursue a housing lawsuit. Without hesitation he guided me, and stated call him whenever I needed. He kept his word.
Beautiful thing, light at the end of the tunnel - taxs resolved with his guidance to hire a CPA (saved $9k) and direction to ensure unwarranted damages to my house will be taken care of.
