I had five charges against my License with several points going to be added with a guilty plea. I did some research and decided to go with Richard Hochhausers firm. From my experience it would be a mistake for anyone needing an attorney to go with anyone else. He got me an extension from original court date, stayed in constant communication, gave me the time of his arrival for the day of so I was not waiting in the courtroom all day. Within 10 min of his arrival, I was called and had all 5 of my charges dismissed. An absolute perfect outcome. Thank you Richard.

At times like this, I will from, here on, want no one representing me but Mr. Hochhauser. I hope this is my first and last, but from the beginning to the end; the calmness and composure him and his team will take away your anxiousness and worries. Unfortunately, I was both until the day of I had to appear, and was still skeptical at first. His legal expertise and his experience alone can be sensed by just walking into 99 Main St. Also, his office is the same block as the court, so convenience is just across. I was arrested for an inspection sticker. I am 62 years old had no idea what the hell was happening.
