Art Gharibian is the Managing Attorney at Gharibian Law, APC, and is dedicated to advocating for the rights of elderly and dependent adults who have experienced abuse or neglect. With a strong background as a former staff attorney at the U.S. District Court and experience at a major defense firm, he has a unique skill set for handling complex elder abuse and wrongful death cases. I can never express my gratitude, nor my utter surprise, at the settlement that Art and Alex secured for my dear mother, Bette, a mother of five, an elementary school librarian for 25 years helping children besides her own, and then a real estate agent until her retirement. The nursing home let my mom die of UTI when a simple antibiotic could have saved her life! I told the admissions director in the parking lot to his face that she was sick, five days later she was dead of septic shock! I never dreamed this team could secure this settlement for a 90 -year-old woman, 12 years past life expectancy! I consider it a miracle and a gift from God!
You now have my sons case and his life in your hands, I have no doubt you will secure his future and make those who destroyed him regret they ever took up medicine! A huge thanks to Gharibian Law (Amber, Destiny and Art) for helping to secure justice for my dearly beloved Mom, Phyllis Picker Persh.
The memory care facility where she lived for one year clearly failed to keep her safe and the hospice company highly recommended by this facility failed miserably in the last days of her life keeping her comfortable. They did the exact opposite!
Over 3 yrs., Amber (assisted by Destiny) and myself worked tirelessly and ultimately prevailed in a big way against these aforementioned horrible facilities.
My family is grateful for Gharibian Laws efforts, including the very fair settlements negotiated.
Im confident that Mom is highly satisfied - justice has been served.
