Poor Communication: Whenever I requested updates directly from the attorneys, they became visibly irritated and unprofessional. They do not seem to want clients who ask reasonable questions about the progress of their cases.
Lack of Transparency: When I was told that medical experts cost a significant amount of money, I simply asked for the specific cost and supporting documentation. Instead of providing transparency, a representative named Marissa Joelson, Esquire, immediately withdrew from our case.
