The DMV will suspend or revoke your license prior to your court date for up to three years or more without a hearing.
You have no right to a public defender at the DMV.

Convictions, jail sentences, vehicle loss or impoundment, license revocations, suspensions or restriction, interlock devices, fines and even probation, CAN BE AVOIDED.
