Client charged with two serious felonies, and two other charges.
Attorney Ed Shaw employed an expert and investigator and prepared a vigorous defense after the matter was scheduled for jury trial.
A week prior to trial, all charges against the client were dismissed.
The client could not have asked for a better new year's gift.
Client needed assistance removing an individual who had moved into his house, was threatening the client, and refused to leave.
With a quick filing of an eviction the individual was removed with no harm to the client or damage to the property.

Ed graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Law and has been an attorney in private practice for 25 years helping people get through a variety of difficult situations.
He prides himself in offering no nonsense legal advice and is licensed in Wisconsin as well.
In addition to being a licensed attorney, Ed is a Licensed Real Estate Broker as well.
He owns a real estate and property management company which manages over 40 commercial and residential properties combined.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Sarah and their twins, Marly and Ruby.
Peterson, Allen J

Minnesota native Allen J. Peterson is a 2017 graduate of the University of St. Thomas - School of Law.
He focused heavily on criminal prosecution during law school and chose to diversify himself early in his career.
Allen has experience as both a prosecutor and defense attorney as well as child protection (CPS/CHIPS) representation in juvenile proceedings, and an extensive background in family law.
Allen's family law practice includes contested and uncontested divorce both with and without children, child custody including paternity, rights of visitation and parenting time, third party custody, modification of custody, and adoption.
Lubinus, Blake

Born in South Dakota, raised in Iowa, and now practicing law in Minnesota, Blake is the very definition of a Midwestern lawyer.
He attended the University of Iowa, graduating in 2004 and received a bachelor's degree in English literature and philosophy.
After college, he went to Drake Law School in Des Moines, Iowa.
He graduated law school in 2010 and was admitted to the Iowa bar in the same year.
Blake founded Lubinus Law Firm, PLLC in 2011, which became Lubinus & Merrill, P.L.C. in 2019, and practiced in the Des Moines metro area and surrounding rural counties for nearly ten years.
