At Assalone & Associates, we take a team approach. For our firm, "team approach" is not just a marketing phrase. To us, it means efficiency, as our team helps get the job done faster. We have daily meetings to discuss all our current cases together to get all of our attorneys' input and experience. When you hire our firm, you will have an entire team dedicated to your case for the same cost, or less, of hiring one attorney.
We take a compassionate, efficient approach whenever we can. However, sometimes the other party does not work to resolve the case and it must go to court. When this happens, we have years of real trial experience to back us up in the courtroom. Divorce attorneys with trial experience are rarer than most people think. Many cases in Rhode Island are referred to Assalone & Associates when they must be litigated because of our legacy of results and our extensive experience.
We are compassionate and amicable whenever we can be, and we are aggressive when we have to be. One point of extraordinary pride for our team is our accessibility.

Victoria S. Lombardi, Esq
Report
Attorney Victoria S. Lombardi discovered her passion for law volunteering with a Peer Advocates program run by the Women's Center on her college campus.
The program trained incoming students on violence prevention techniques and resources on and off-campus.
It also provided support for students who were victims of physical, emotional, and sexual abuse.
After working with the survivors/victims of the program, Attorney Lombardi was left with the desire to do more.
Ultimately, that drive led her to practice family law, helping clients navigate legally and emotionally complex disputes.

Jennifer M. Reynolds, Esq
Report
Attorney Jennifer M. Reynolds has always had an interest in helping people, and originally had an interest in helping wrongly convicted persons pursue their appeals.
She stumbled into family law in 2013 and has been practicing it exclusively since.
She still sees what she does as helping people, but instead of overturning improper convictions, she helps clients move on from difficult situations and start a different chapter in their lives.
Every client is different, and each case requires a different approach.
