After attending college at The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore (BA, 1992), he was admitted to UC Berkeley's prestigious JD/MBA program, receiving a law degree from the Boalt Hall School of Law and an MBA from the Haas School of Business, both in 1996.
Admitted to the California bar, he has been practicing law since then with a focus on corporate and real estate transactions and litigation.
Brian's home and office are located in Corralitos, California, where he lives with his wife and two children.
