Most cases are handled on an hourly basis.
We keep detailed logs of the time we spend on your case, and count time in five minute increments - rounding down when in-between them.
Attorney rates are: Eric LaFleur - $300 per hour, Jennifer LaFleur - $250 per hour.
Our paralegal rate is $125 per hour, and our legal assistant rate is $75 per hour.
Flat rate services are available for uncontested cases, or cases involving limited scope representation.
Depending on the circumstances, we may also offer limited scope representation services (for instance, preparation of documents for you to file yourself).
